Kristina

Kristina joined the company in 2021 and has grown within Claim Guardian LLC through many roles. Today, she serves as Compliance Director and Executive Assistant to CEO Jayson Fiumara.

As Compliance Director, she builds strong policies and ensures the company stays current with regulations and State Departments of Insurance requirements.

She also oversees the bond renewal process, helping Claim Guardian LLC remain compliant, trusted, and prepared for what's ahead.

Outside of work she loves being outdoors. You'll often find her riding horses or playing a round of golf.

Kaitlin

Kaitlin is a dedicated Claims Assistant who brings organization, care, and a positive attitude to every claim she supports. She enjoys helping clients navigate the process and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Outside of work, Kaitlin loves spending time outdoors with her dog, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and tending to her garden. Whether she’s baking something delicious or exploring the outdoors, she’s happiest staying active and keeping busy.

Truett

Truett graduated in 2024 and became part of the Claim Guardian team in January 2026. With a drive to learn and a passion for helping others, he works closely with clients to guide them through the claims process and make a stressful situation easier to manage.

& Web/Digital Marketer

Sarah

Sarah brings a unique blend of claims experience and digital marketing to the Claim Guardian team. She previously worked alongside Jayson as a Claims Assistant, helping navigate and support claims related to the Gatlinburg Wildfires (2016) from 2017–2018.

Today, Sarah plays a dual role as both a Claims Assistant and Web/Digital Marketer, helping strengthen our client support while enhancing our online presence. In addition to her work with Claim Guardian, she also manages digital marketing for an eCommerce platform while bringing valuable insight and strategy to our marketing and web efforts.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new foods as a self-proclaimed foodie, and most importantly, being a mom.
